DAY 1: MAUN, BOTSWANA
On arrival in Maun airport you will be picked up and transferred to your accommodation. This afternoon is spent at leisure and you have the option to experience a scenic flight over the Okavango Delta. Overnight: Thamalakane River Lodge or similar
DAY 2: MAUN TO KHWAI RIVER, BOTSWANA
A late morning departure takes us from Maun to the Khwai River area. This evening we go on night game drive in the concession. Overnight: Khwai Bedouin Camp or similar.
DAY 3: KHWAI RIVER, BOTSWANA
Today we spend a full day in the bush on a game drive. Departing after breakfast we take our 4*4 and drive through the wilderness area of the Khwai region spotting a variety of game that frequent this region that borders Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park. Picnic-lunch will be in the wilderness area. Overnight: Khwai Bedouin Camp or similar.
DAY 4: MOKORO TRIP, OKAVANGO DELTA, BOTSWANA
After breakfast we leave the camp for Mboma Boat station. From here, we will float in Morokos through the thick vegetation of the Okavango Delta discovering a variety of birds and wildlife. Overnight: Khwai Bedouin camp or similar.
DAY 5: MOREMI GAME RESERVE, BOTSWANA
We will explore the renowned Moremi Game Reserve on a full day game drive. Overnight: Thamalakane River Lodge or similar.
DAY 6: KHWAI RIVER TO MAKGADIKGADI PANS, BOTSWANA
After breakfast we head onto Nata Lodge lying close to Makgadikgadi Pans. En route we will stop at the Nata Bird Sanctuary. The Nata River Delta feeds the Sua Pan in the Nata Sanctuary and forms the breeding ground for a host of water birds including pelicans and flamingos in their thousands transforming the shore line into a pink haze blending into the western sky. DAY 7: MAKGADIKGADI PANS TO CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA
Today we make our way to the lodge on the Chobe River. Once we have settled into our accommodation, we enjoy the rest of the afternoon on a sunset cruise on the Chobe River. Overnight: Chobe Safari Lodge or similar.
DAY 8-9: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK TO HWANGE NATIONAL PARK, ZIMBABWE
A morning departure takes you into Zimbabwe across the Kazungula border to Hwange National Park for a final 2 nights wildlife experience. Here you will do both game drive and game walk. Overnight: Hwange Safari Lodge or similar.
DAY 10: HWANGE NATIONAL PARK TO VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE
After a morning safari you depart to Victoria Falls where you will do a guided tour of the falls late afternoon. Overnight: Lokuthula Lodges or similar.
DAY 11: VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE
Optional activities like Helicopter Ride over the Falls, Elephant Ride etc. Overnight: Lokuthula lodges or similar.

12 DAYS FROM JOHANNESBURG TO VICTORIA FALLS
Explore Botswana’s finest National Parks during this 12 day safari. You will be traveling from Johannesburg to spend your first night at the Limpopo River, the natural border between Botswana and South Africa. Here you connect with your 4x4 vehicle. See white rhinos in the Khama Rhino Sanctuary and giraffe, elephant, zebra, impala, roan, sable, wildebeest, kudu, buffalo, waterbuck, warthog, and eland in the Savuti Game Reserve. Discover the Okavango Delta in Traditional dug – out canoes and enjoy the Chobe National Park’s wildlife on a boat cruise on the Chobe River. This is a true African Adventure!
DAY 1: JOHANNESBURG TO TULI BLOCK, SOUTH AFRICA
We go from Johannesburg through the Limpopo Province into Botswana via the Zanzibar Border post. We set up camp in the area known as the Tuli Block. This thin strip of land in the south-east of Botswana is one of the few areas of commercial farmland. We will head off for a game drive either in the evening of day 1 or the next morning, depending on time of arrival. Overnight at Limpopo River Lodge o r similar.
DAY 2: TULI BLOCK TO KHAMA RHINO SANCTUARY, BOTSWANA
Our destination for the day is the Khama Rhino Sanctuary. The Khama Rhino Sanctuary Trust is a community based wildlife project saving the vanishing White Rhino. We explore the sanctuary on an afternoon game drive. Overnight at Khama rhino Sanctuary or similar.
DAY 3: KHAMA RHINO SANTUARY TO MAKGADIKGADI PANS, BOTSWANA
Today is a long driving day. We will head north-west to Planet Baobab Lodge and stop at the Makgadikgadi Pans for a closer experience should conditions allow us do so. After appreciating the wide-open, uninhabited spaces we arrive at camp late afternoon. Overnight at Planet Baobab or similar.
DAY 4: MAUN, BOTSWANA
We heard off for Maun, the getaway to the Okavango Delta. Here you have the opportunity to stock up your supplies, relax at the pool of our lodge or take an optional (own expense) scenic flight over the Okavango Delta. Overnight at Thamalakane River Lodge or similar.
DAY 5-6 MAUN TO KHWAI RIVER, BOTSWANA
Enjoy a mokoro excursion to the Okavango Delta in the morning: you will float in Mokoros through the thick vegetation and discover the tranquility of this famous delta. Afterwards, we make our way to a private concession in the Khwai River area to our camp. This evening we go on a night drive in the concession. The following day, we spend a full day in the bush on a game drive, or can split the day into a morning and afternoon game drives with lunch back the camp, hopefully spotting a variety of game that frequent this region. With some luck you’ll see some of the big five. Overnight at Khwai Bedouin Camp or similar.
DAY7: MOREMI GAME RESERVE, BOTSWANA
We now heard into the Moremi Game Reserve known as one of the beautiful and varied reserves in Africa with an unprecedented wildlife concentration for a full day game drive. Overnight at Khwai Bedouin camp or similar.
DAY 8-9: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA
Leaving the Moremi Game Reserve we transit through Savuti and Chobe National Park to Kasane. As we do so we keep an eye for the wildlife in this area. We reach Chobe Safari Lodge late in the afternoon. The next day we enjoy a morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on the Chobe River. Overnight at Chobe Safari Lodge or similar.
DAY 10: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK TO VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE
At mid you cross the Kazungula border into Zimbabwe’s Victoria Falls where you have the whole afternoon at leisure to partake in many optional activities.(own expense). Overnight at Lokuthula Lodges or similar.
DAY 11: VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE
After breakfast we explore the Victoria Falls on a guided walk. You have the afternoon at leisure open for optional activities (own expense) Overnight at Lokuthula Lodges or similar.

This 14 Day Livingstone to Livingstone or Victoria Falls to Victoria Falls journey takes us through some of Botswana’s most magnificent game reserve, starting and ending at the spectacular Victoria Falls- a sight to behold. Highlights of this trip include sunset cruise in the Chobe National Park. DAY1: LIVINGSTONE TO CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA
A morning departure takes you from Livingstone, Zambia or Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe into Botswana. We’ll cross the Zambezi River and make our way to camp on the Chobe River. We let the day become a night on a sunset cruise on the river and watch elephants, hippos, lions, crocodiles and a variety of birds.
DAY 2: MAKGADIKGADI PANS, BOTSWANA
We need to get up early, as today is our longest drive of the safari. We’ll head south to Planet Baobab and stop at the Makgadikgadi Pans to have a closer look. If the conditions allow we’ll take a drive on to the Pans. After your arrival at the lodge we spent the afternoon with a walk to the elephant hole and relax at the camps` facilities.
DAY 3: MAUN AND THE KHWAI RIVER, BOTSWANA
After breakfast we head out for a bush walk with our local guide, learning about the history, flora and fauna of the area and the use of various plants in traditional life. We then head off for Maun and onto the Khwai River. This area lies between Moremi and Chobe and we’ll have the opportunity to spot a variety of nocturnal animals on a night drive.
DAY 4: KHWAI RIVER, BOTSWANA
We spend a full day in the bush on a game drive. Driving through the wilderness area of the Khwai region we may spot a variety of game that frequent this region that borders Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park. Picnic lunch will be in the wilderness area.
DAY 5: MOREMI GAME RESERVE, BOTSWANA
After having explored the Khwai area we now head into the famous Moremi Game Reserve known as one of the most beautiful and varied reserves in Africa with an unprecedented concentration of wildlife. The full day is spent in the unspoiled nature of the Moremi Game Reserve.
DAY 6: MAUN, BOTSWANA
After our game experiences we head back to Maun. Here we have the option of a scenic flight over the delta or we can spend the afternoon relaxing next to the pool at our camp.
DAY 7-8: OKAVANGO DELTA, BOTSWANA
From here we head into the largest inland delta in the world- the Okavango Delta. We’ll float in Mokoros through the thick vegetation of the delta discovering a variety of birds and wildlife and will stop at a secluded island to take guided walk.
DAY 9-10: MAHANGU NATIONAL PARK AND POPA FALL, NAMIBIA
Today we will enter Namibia and visit the Popa Falls. The next day we visit Mahangu National Park. We spend the day on a game drive through this National Park hoping to spot some of its animals.
DAY 11-12: KWANDO RIVER AND MUDUMU PARK, NAMBIA
Today we drive along the Caprivi Strip and we’ll spend the afternoon on a game drive through Susuwe National Park before heading to our overnight camp on the Kwando River. On day 12 we make our way to Mudumu National Park.
DAY 13: LIVINGSTONE AND VICTORIA FALLS, ZAMBIA
Today we leave Namibia behind us and come to place where we started –Livingstone/Victoria Falls. Afternoon we visit the Victoria Falls.
DAY 14: LIVINGSTONE AND VICTORIA FALLS, ZAMBIA

DAY1: CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA
Arrival in Cape Town. You have the remainder of the day at leisure.
DAY 2: CAPE TOWN CEDARBERG MOUNTAINS AND CITRUSDAL HOT SPRINGS, SOUTH AFRICA
An early start takes us to the beach on the Atlantic Ocean to have a last look at the Table Mountain across the bay. After lunch we head for the Cedarburg mountains, bypassing Citrusdal.
DAY 3: WEST COAST OF SOUTH AFRICA TO ORANGE RIVER, SOUTH AFRICA
Traveling up the West Coast, we pass through some magnificent mountain ranges on our way to the Orange River.
DAY 4: CANOEING ON THE ORANGE RIVER, NAMIBIA
The only traveling today is done in a canoe. Put your feet up and relax as the currents take you downstream –mind the rapids though!
DAY 5: FISH RIVER CANYON
A short drive takes us to the Fish River Canyon. Later in the evening we take in another perfect African sunset with the magnificent views and scenery along the edge of the Canyon.
DAY 6: SOSSUSVLEI, NAMIBIA
Moving inland we take our way to our accommodation, which is close to the world’s highest sand dunes at Sossusvlei.
DAY 7: SESRIEM AND SOSSUSVLEI, NAMIBIA
We visit the world’s highest sand dunes at Sossuvlei. A drive into the dunes is also available (optional cost).
DAY 8: NAMIB NAUKLIFT NATIONAL PARK AND KUISEB CANYON ON OUR WAY TO SWAKOPMUND, NAMIBIA
The day is spent driving through the Namib Naukluft National Park and the Kuiseb Canyon on our way to Swakopmund.
DAY 9: SWAKOPMUND NAMIBIA
We have the opportunity to explore this quaint German town by day and night. There are a number of activities to enjoy here; sand boarding, quad biking, skydiving and even fishing. You may even dare to brave the Atlantic sea.
DAY 10: CAPE CROSS SEAL COLONY AND BRANDBERG, NAMIBIA
We follow the barren Namibia coastline and visit Africa’s largest seal colony. Leaving the cold Atlantic coastline behind we head inland across the desert planes to Brandberg to marvel at the famous ‘White Lady’ rock paintings.
DAY 11: TWYFELFONTEIN PETRIFIED FOREST AND HIMBA VILLAGE, NAMIBIA
An early morning start takes us from Brandberg to our first stop at Twyfelfontein and to Petrified Forest. Our final destination for the day will be Kamanjab. We explore a traditional Himba village that afternoon or next morning.
DAY 12: KAMANJIB TO ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK, NAMIBIA
We head to land of the big five- Etosha National Park. At the sunsets and late into the night, the group has the opportunity to watch animals drink at floodlit waterhole.
DAY 13-14: ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK, NAMIBIA
We fill the next 2 days with game drives, including evening game viewing at floodlit waterholes. We also take game drive at sun rise.
DAY 15- 16: ETOSHA TO KAVANGO RIVER, NAMIBIA
Leaving Etosha we head to Rundu. A sunset cruise, horse riding, and traditional dancing in the evening as well as visiting a local village are optional.
DAY 17-18: KAVANGO RIVER TO OKAVANGO DELTA, BOTSWANA
We leave Namibia for Etsha in Botswana. We explore the network of water pathways through thick vegetation in mokoros and speedboat, which bring us to a secluded island for a short bush walk.
DAY 19: WESTERN CAPRIVI, NAMIBIA
Leaving Botswana we drive up to the western border back into Namibia driving through the Caprivi. From here we go on a game drive to the Mudumo National Park.
DAY 20: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA
The next morning we head along the Caprivi and cross the border back into Botswana to drive through Chobe National Park to our camp on the Chobe River. In the afternoon you will go on a sunset cruise along the banks of the Chobe River listening to the calls of Africa.
DAY 21: CHOBE NATIONAL PARK TO VICTORIA FALLS
A mid morning departure takes you from Chobe to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. After we visit the magnificent waterfall. The falls are over a mile in length and create the largest water curtain in the world.
DAY 22: END OF TOUR
The tour ends after breakfast this morning.

DAY 3-4: RUNDU AND N`KWAZI LODGE, NAMIBIA
We drive west along the Caprivi strip to the town of Rundu. We make our way to our lodge on the banks of the Kavango River overlooking Angola. Optional activities are available like a sunset cruise, or just relax with a sun downer by the pool. The next we will enjoy a cultural experience. Overnight: N’kwazi Lodge or similar.
DAY 5-6: ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK NAMIBIA
Today we head further west into Namibia and onto Etosha National Park where we spent two nights, listening to the wild animals at night and going for game drives during the day. Overnight: Namiton, Okaukuejo rest Camps or similar.
DAY 7: DAMARALAND TO KAMANJAB, NAMIBIA
We leave Etosha National Park and visit the Himba Village before heading to see the Bushman paintings and etchings in Twyfelfontein. Enroute we stop to visit the Petrified Forest, as well as the organ pipes some other famous landmarks of Damaraland. Overnight: Khorixas Lodge or similar.
DAY 8-9: SWAKOPMUND, NAMIBIA
Heading south west out of the dry interior of Namibia we make our way to the coastal German town of Swakopmund on the Atlantic Ocean. The next day is spent at your leisure to explore the town or participate in optional activities like sand boarding, quad biking or scenic flights, fishing etc. Overnight: Alte Brucke or similar.
DAY 10: NAMIB NAUKLUFT NATIONAL PARK AND KUISEB CANYON TO SOSSUSVLEI, NAMIBIA
Today is spent exploring the Namib Naukluft National Park. Once we reach our lodge we relax and enjoy the evening under the countless stars. Overnight: Hammerstein Lodge or similar.
DAY 11: SOSSUVLEI AND WINDHOEK, NAMIBIA
We visit the world highest sand dunes at Sossuvlei. These landmarks can reach a height of more than 300m, and are absolutely spectacular and provide a fantastic photo opportunity. Afterwards we will then head for Namibia’s capital.-Windhoek. Overnight: Roof of Africa or similar.
DAY 12: WATERBERG PLATEAU, NAMIBIA
Today we drive North East to the Waterberg Plateau close to Otjwarongo. On arrival we go for a short hike in the reserve to view the wildlife on the plateau. Overnight: Waterberg Rest Camp or similar.
DAY 13: GROOTFONTEIN, NAMIBIA
We drive deep into Bushman land. Why not stretch your legs on one of the walking trails the camp has to offer, perfect for some bird spotting or similar or simple relax at the waterhole. Overnight: Roy’s Camp or similar.
DAY 14: BUSHMANLAND - WALKING WITH BUSHMAN, NAMIBIA
Today we will take a guided visit to a local Bushman community and get to experience them in their daily activities, such as cooking, making crafts, making hunting equipment of quivers or arrows. We will then continue to Tsumkwe Lodge our accommodation for the night. Overnight: Tsumkwe Lodge or similar.
DAY 15: MAUN, BOTSWANA
We leave bushman land behind us and travel to Maun the getaway to the Okavango delta and Moremi Game Reserve. Overnight: Thamakane river Lodge or similar.
DAY 16-17: OKAVANGO DELTA, KWAI RIVER, BOTSWANA
Kwai River is a premier game viewing area with huge herds of elephant, prides of lions, pods of hippos in the river and so much more.In the evening we head back to the camp after fulfilling a day out with a wildlife experience. The next day enjoy a mokoro excursion and another game drive. Overnight: Khwai Bedouin Camp or similar.
DAY18: PLANET BAOBAB, BOTSWANA
We head east towards the Makgadikgadi Pans, once a large river fed lake, the pans are now saline and empty. The rest of the afternoon we spend with arelaxed stroll to elephant waterhole and relaxing. Overnight: Planet Baobab or similar.
DAY 19: KASANE AND CHOBE NATIONAL PARK, BOTSWANA
Today we drive north to Chobe National Park. We stop at one of the Makgadikgadi Pans to have a closer look. After appreciating the wide- open, uninhabited spaces under the endless canopy of blue sky, we step off for our final stop of the day, Kasane. In the afternoon we will go on a sunset cruise on the Chobe River in the national park. Overnight: Chobe Safari Lodge or similar.
DAY 20: VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE
Continuing our trip we leave Botswana and cross the border back to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe or via the ferry into Livingstone and connect on guided tour of the waterfalls. At the Victoria Falls you will have the opportunity to take part in several optional activities like White rafting, bungee jumping or Elephant back safaris. Overnight: Lokuthula Lodges or similar.
DAY 21: VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE
